Exception to Landlord’s Approval. The following items do not require submission to, and approval by, Landlord: (i) Minor repairs and alterations necessary to maintain existing structures and improvements in a useful state of repair and operation. (ii) Changes and alterations required by an authorized public official with authority or jurisdiction over the buildings or improvements, to comply with legal requirements.
