The Exceptional Bilingual Pay clause establishes additional compensation for employees who demonstrate proficiency in more than one language and whose bilingual skills are deemed exceptional by the employer. Typically, this clause outlines the criteria for qualifying as 'exceptional,' such as passing advanced language assessments or providing translation services in critical situations, and specifies the amount or method of additional pay.
