Exceptions for Involuntary Termination and Disability. In the case of involuntary termination of employment or a Permanent and Total Disability within the meaning of the Plan, the Option, to the extent of the number of shares of Common Stock with respect to which the Optionee could have exercised the Option at the date of termination of employment, terminates on the earlier of the expiration date specified in Section 2 and the date which is three months after the date of termination of employment.
