Exceptions to 4 Sample Clauses
The 'Exceptions to 4' clause defines specific circumstances under which the requirements or obligations set out in Clause 4 do not apply. In practice, this clause lists particular scenarios, parties, or conditions that are exempt from the general rules established in Clause 4, such as regulatory requirements, force majeure events, or pre-existing agreements. Its core function is to provide flexibility and clarity by outlining when the standard provisions of Clause 4 can be set aside, thereby preventing unintended consequences or unfair application of the main clause.
