Exceptions to the Contract. Exceptions to the contract may be requested by petition. Petition forms are available at the Residence Life Office and also at the Residence Life webpage. Petitions are reviewed on an individual basis based on personal circumstance. Exceptions granted to any provision of this contract will not be construed as waivers of any other provisions. The final determination on such petitions is at the discretion of the Residence Life Office.
