Court appearances or on call status commencing two (2) hours or less before the employee's regularly assigned shift begins Compensation will be for the actual time between the commencement of the court appearance or on call and the beginning of the employee's assigned shift with the same noon recess provisions as outlined in Paragraph A(2) above.
