Excess Aggregate Contributions. Forfeitures of Excess Aggregate Contributions pursuant to Section 2.7.7 shall be: (X) a. Applied to reduce Employer contributions. ( ) b. Allocated, after all other forfeitures under the Plan, to each Participant's Matching Contribution Account in the ratio which each Participant's Compensation for the Plan Year bears to the total Compensation of all Participants for the Plan Year. Such forfeitures will not be allocated to the Account of any Highly Compensated Employee.
