Common use of Excess Allocated Renewable Energy Clause in Contracts

Excess Allocated Renewable Energy. Dow will receive a bill credit (credited against charges under the Existing Contract and this Agreement) from Company for all Allocated Renewable Energy delivered to Company in excess of Dow’s energy usage during the same Contract Billing Intervals as defined above (“Excess Renewable Energy”). The total billing period credit will be calculated as the Company’s avoided energy cost (“AEC”) rate as described in Company’s LQF tariff rider multiplied by the total amount of Excess Renewable Energy for all Contract Billing Intervals within the billing period.
