Excess or Insufficient Funds in the Settlement Fund. (a) The Settlement Administrator shall determine each authorized Settlement Class Member’s pro rata share based upon each Settlement Class Member’s Claim Form and the total number of valid Claims for that type of claim in accordance with this Section. Accordingly, the actual cash award or Voucher amount received by each Settlement Class Member will not be determined until after the Claim Period has ended and all Claims have been calculated.
