Authorized Claimant definition

Authorized Claimant means a Settlement Class Member who submits a Proof of Claim Form to the Claims Administrator that is approved by the Court for payment from the Net Settlement Fund.
Authorized Claimant means any Class Member whose claim for recovery has been allowed pursuant to the terms of the Stipulation.

Authorized Claimant means any Settlement Class Member who is a Claimant and whose claim for recovery has been allowed pursuant to the terms of this Stipulation, the exhibits hereto, and any order of the Court.
