Common use of Excess Storage Fees Clause in Contracts

Excess Storage Fees. Customer agrees to pay (i) $[**] per-barrel for Product throughput in a given calendar year in excess of the total Stipulated Volumes, and (ii) the applicable Storage Rate for storage of Product in a given calendar year in excess of the Stipulated Volumes at any Terminal Facility (the “Excess Storage Fees”). Excess Storage Fees for any period of less than a full calendar year shall be apportioned based on the number of days in such year.
