This Support Policy may be updated from time to time by LCT Software at its sole discretion.
Additional User Subscription Fees. Additional User Subscriptions may be purchased by the Agency in accordance with clause 2.3 at $89.00 per User Subscription per month for users 1 to 10, $79 per User Subscription per month for users 11 to 20. If more than 20 users’ subscriptions are requested subscriptions for user 21+ can be purchased by the Agency at $69.00 per User Subscription per month.

(i) Provide consultancy services to the Client to assist the Client in improving the quality of its recording of its learning objectives from its current curriculum;
(ii) Provide consultancy services to the Client to assist it in:
i) developing and/or improving its curriculum in terms of its learning objectives in order that the curriculum is in a form which is usable within the System Software and maximises the benefit to the Client of the System Software; and
ii) organising its curriculum into an electronic format so that the curriculum can be understood within the System Software;
(iii) After (a) and (b) have been achieved, providing further consultancy services to the Client to review the curriculum further and its operation within the System Software and make further recommendations to improve the Client’s curriculum and its value to the student cohort.
