Common use of Excess Tenant Improvements Clause in Contracts

Excess Tenant Improvements. Tenant shall be entitled to an additional tenant improvement allowance of and No/100 Dollars ($##.00) per square foot of Rentable Area of Premises which, to the extent used, would be amortized as additional rent over the initial term of ten (10) years at a rate of percent (##%) per year.

Excess Tenant Improvements.
