Excessive Purchases of Inventory Prohibited Sample Clauses

Excessive Purchases of Inventory Prohibited. Longrich strictly prohibits the purchase of products in unreasonable amounts solely for the purpose of qualifying for commissions, bonuses, or advancement in the Compensation Plan. Associates may not purchase more than they can reasonably resell or consume in any four week rolling period, nor encourage others to do so. Associates are not required to carry inventory of products or sales aids other than the initial purchase. Associates who do so may find building a Downline Organisation somewhat easier because of the decreased response time in filling customer orders or in meeting a new Associate’s needs. Each Associate must make his/her own decision with regard to these matters.
