Exchange of Billing Information. 10.16.1 CBT shall provide CLEC a specific Daily Usage File (“DUF”) for Resale Services provided hereunder (“Customer Usage Data”). Such Customer Usage Data shall be recorded by CBT in accordance with EMR Standards. CBT will review the implementation of new standards as appropriate. The DUF shall include specific daily usage, including both Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic that CBT currently records, in EMR format, for each individual Resale Service and shall include sufficient detail to enable CLEC to xxxx its Customers for Resale Services provided by CBT. Except as provided in Section 10.16.4, no other detailed billing shall be provided by CBT to CLEC. 10.16.2 Interexchange call detail forwarded to CBT for billing, which would otherwise be processed by CBT, will be returned to the IXC and will not be passed through to CLEC. This call detail will be returned to the IXC with a transaction code indicating that the returned call originated from a resold account. If CLEC does not wish to be responsible for 900 and 976 calls, it must order blocking for resold lines. The DUF shall include (i) specific daily usage, including both Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic that CBT currently recordsTraffic, in EMR format, format (if and where applicable) for each individual Resale Service to the extent that it is provided to Ameritech’s Customers on a usage sensitive basis and shall include (ii) sufficient detail to enable CLEC Requesting Carrier to xxxx bill its Customers for Resale Services provided by CBTAmeritech. CBT Ameritech will provide to CLEC, Requesting Carrier specifications in Schedule 10.16, detailed specifications that will sufficient detail to enable CLEC Requesting Carrier to develop an interface for the to exchange of Customer Usage DataData with Ameritech. Procedures and processes, including, but not limited to, those set forth on Schedule 10.16, processes for implementing the interface will be addressed by included in the Implementation TeamPlan. Except as provided in Section 10.16.4, no other detailed billing shall be provided by CBT Ameritech to CLECRequesting Carrier. 10.16.2 10.15.2 Interexchange call detail on resold lines that is forwarded to CBT Ameritech for billing, which would otherwise be processed by CBTAmeritech for its retail Customers, will be returned to the IXC and will not be passed through to CLECRequesting Carrier. This call detail will be returned to the IXC with a transaction code indicating that the returned call originated from a resold account. If CLEC does not wish to Billing for Information Services and other ancillary services traffic on resold lines will be responsible for 900 and 976 calls, it must order blocking for resold lines. When the IXC passed through when Ameritech records the 900 and 976 calls, the call detail will message. 10.15.3 Ancillary Services Traffic originated on or billed to a resold line shall be returned subject to the IXCrates, terms and conditions of Section 7.1. 10.16.3 CLEC 10.15.4 Requesting Carrier shall be responsible for providing all billing information to its Customers who purchase Resale Services from CLECRequesting Carrier. 10.16.4 CBT 10.15.5 Ameritech shall xxxx XXXX bill Requesting Carrier for Resale Services provided by CBT Ameritech to CLEC Requesting Carrier pursuant to the provisions of Article XXVIIXXVI. Procedures and processes, including, but not limited to, those set forth on Schedule 10.162.16, for implementing the Customer Usage Data Exchange interface will be addressed by the Implementation Teamincluded in Resale Guide. CBT shall recognize CLEC Phone- Link as the Customer of Record for all Wholesale Resale Services and will send all notices, bills and other pertinent information directly to CLECPhone-Link. The xxxx will include sufficient data to enable CLEC Phone-Link to (i) xxxx all charges to its Customers that are not included as Customer Usage Data and (ii) reconcile the billed charges with the Customer Usage Data.

Except as provided in Section 10.16.4, no other detailed billing shall be provided by CBT Ameritech to CLECFocal. 10.16.2 X.16.2 Interexchange call detail on resold lines that is forwarded to CBT Ameritech for billing, which would otherwise be processed by CBTAmeritech for its retail Customers, will be returned to the IXC and will not be passed through to CLECFocal. This call detail will be returned to the IXC with a transaction code indicating that the returned call originated from a resold account. This call detail will be returned to the IXC with a transaction code indicating that the returned call originated from a resold account. If CLEC TELIGENT does not wish to be responsible for 900 and 976 calls, it must order blocking for resold lines. When the IXC records the 900 and 976 calls, the call detail will be returned to the IXC. 10.16.3 CLEC TELIGENT shall be responsible for providing all billing information to its Customers who purchase Resale Services from CLECTELIGENT. 10.16.4 CBT shall xxxx XXXX TELIGENT for Resale Services provided by CBT to CLEC TELIGENT pursuant to the provisions of Article XXVII. CBT shall recognize CLEC TELIGENT as the Customer of Record for all Resale Services and will send all notices, bills and other pertinent information directly to CLECTELIGENT. The xxxx will include sufficient data to enable CLEC TELIGENT to (i) xxxx all charges to its Customers that are not included as Customer Usage Data and (ii) reconcile the billed charges with the Customer Usage Data.

Exchange of Billing Information. 10.16.1 CBT shall provide CLEC Sprint a specific Daily Usage File (“DUF”ADUF@) for Resale Services provided hereunder (“Customer ACustomer Usage Data”Data@). The DUF shall include specific daily usage, including both Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic that CBT currently records, in EMR format, for each individual Resale Service and shall include sufficient detail to enable CLEC Sprint to xxxx bill its Customers for Resale Services provided by CBT. CBT will provide to CLECSprint, in Schedule 10.16, detailed specifications that will enable CLEC Sprint to develop an interface for the exchange of Customer Usage Data. Procedures and processes, including, but not limited to, those set forth on Schedule 10.16, for implementing the interface will be addressed by included in the Implementation TeamPlan. CBT will provide to CLEC, in Schedule 10.16, detailed specifications that will enable CLEC to develop an interface for the exchange of Customer Usage Data. Procedures and processes, including, but not limited to, those set forth on Schedule 10.162.16, for implementing the Customer Usage Data Exchange interface will be addressed by the Implementation Teamincluded in Resale Guide. CBT Ameritech will provide to CLEC, Requesting Carrier specifications in Schedule 10.16, detailed specifications that will sufficient detail to enable CLEC Requesting Carrier to develop an interface for the to exchange of Customer Usage DataData with Ameritech.
