Exchange of Concessions. 1. The Parties shall grant each other the concessions specified in Protocol 2 to this Agreement (hereinafter called “Protocol 2”) as laid down in that Protocol and in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter. 2. Taking account of: − the role of agriculture in their economies, − the development of trade in agricultural products between the Parties, − the particular sensitivity of the agricultural products, − the rules of their agricultural policies, − the results of the multilateral trade negotiations under the WTO, the Parties shall examine within the framework of the Joint Committee referred in Article 34 of this Agreement (hereinafter called “Joint Committee”) the possibilities of granting each other further concessions in trade in agricultural products.
