Trade Relations Governed by Other Agreements. 1. This Agreement shall not prevent the maintenance or establishment of customs unions, free trade areas or arrangements for cross-border trade of the Parties with third countries to the extent that these do not negatively affect the trade regime and in particular the provisions concerning rules of origin provided for in this Agreement. 2. Consultations between the Parties shall take place within the Joint Committee concerning agreements establishing customs unions or free trade areas and, where appropriate, on other major issues related to their respective trade policies with third countries. Such consultations shall take place so as to ensure that account is taken of the mutual interests of the Parties stated in this Agreement.

This Agreement shall not preclude the maintenance or establishment of customs unions, free trade areas or arrangements for frontier trade, except insofar as they alter the trade arrangements provided for in the Agreement. 2. In case the rights and obligations provided for under this Agreement are being affected, any Party may request to hold consultations within the Joint Committee concerning agreements establishing or adjusting customs unions or free trade areas and, where required, on other major issues related to the Parties’ respective trade policies with third countries.

  • Relation to Other Agreements Nothing in this Agreement shall derogate from the existing rights and obligations of a Member State under any other international agreements to which it is a party.

  • Conflicts with Other Agreements In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and any employment, severance or other agreement between the Company and the Participant, the terms of this Agreement shall govern.

  • Conflict With Other Agreement If there is a conflict between this Agreement and any other agreement relating to a Collateral Account, this Agreement will govern.

  • Compliance with Other Agreements Employee represents and warrants that the execution of this Agreement by him and his performance of his obligations hereunder will not conflict with, result in the breach of any provision of or the termination of or constitute a default under any agreement to which Employee is a party or by which Employee is or may be bound.

  • Supersedes Other Agreements This Agreement supersedes all prior investment advisory, management, and/or administration agreements in effect between the Fund and the Adviser.

  • Entire Agreement; Governing Law The Plan is incorporated herein by reference. The Plan and this Option Agreement constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede in their entirety all prior undertakings and agreements of the Company and Optionee with respect to the subject matter hereof, and may not be modified adversely to the Optionee's interest except by means of a writing signed by the Company and Optionee.
