Exchange of Confidential Information. Confidential Information shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the Disclosing Party that has disclosed the Confidential Information and the Disclosing Party shall retain all right, title and interest in and to the Confidential Information it has disclosed to the Receiving Party except as may be provided otherwise in Article 11 (Ownership of Intellectual Property). The Receiving Party shall at all times maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence, and shall use and copy the Confidential Information solely to carry out the activities contemplated by this Agreement and shall not otherwise use or copy the Confidential Information for any purpose including achieving any other commercial or financial benefit. In addition, the Receiving Party shall not, subject to Section 14.3 below, publish, disseminate or disclose the Confidential Information to others without the Disclosing Party’s prior written consent. Each Party shall comply with all requirements of applicable Law concerning the protection, security and segregation of Confidential Information.
