EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION BY THE PARTIES. 7.1. Every six months, from the date of execution of this Agreement, through a detailed report prepared by the REGULATORY AGENCY, according to Clause 7.6, the Concessionaire must inform the Agent about the performance of his/her/its obligations under the Concession Contract and communicating him/her/it about any identified failures and non-compliances, regardless of whether they are substantial enough to constitute an Alert Event, as provided for in Clause 8 of this Agreement.

  • Exchange of Information 1. The competent authorities of the Contracting States shall exchange such information as is foreseeably relevant for carrying out the provisions of this Convention or to the administration or enforcement of the domestic laws concerning taxes of every kind and description imposed on behalf of the Contracting States, or of their political subdivisions or local authorities, insofar as the taxation thereunder is not contrary to the Convention. The exchange of information is not restricted by Articles 1 and 2.

  • Dissemination of Information The Borrower authorizes each Lender to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser or any other Person acquiring an interest in the Loan Documents by operation of law (each a "Transferee") and any prospective Transferee any and all information in such Lender's possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including without limitation any information contained in any Reports; provided that each Transferee and prospective Transferee agrees to be bound by Section 9.11 of this Agreement.

  • Exchange of Information Upon Request 1. The competent authority of the requested Party shall provide upon request information for the purposes referred to in Article 1. Such information shall be exchanged without regard to whether the conduct being investigated would constitute a crime under the laws of the requested Party if such conduct occurred in the requested Party.

  • Sharing of Information Seller shall allow Buyer to exchange information related to Seller and the Transactions hereunder with third party lenders and Seller shall permit each third party lender to share such information with Buyer.
