In the event the District and Union representatives have not agreed on whether any such new classification is in the Unit or on an appropriate Appendix A salary range by the end of the meeting period, then the Union and the District shall exchange written position statements specifying the salary range and job description each contends should be assigned to such modified or new job classification.
