EXCHANGE OF SHIFTS BY EMPLOYEES. The University will make every reasonable effort to accommodate shift exchanges between employees, subject to the following conditions: (a) the affected employees must be in full and willing agreement to the exchange; and (b) there is no resulting increase in costs to the University; and (c) the employee's supervisor(s) is satisfied that operational requirements of the University will be met in a satisfactory manner; and (d) the shift exchange agreement is recorded on an appropriate form and signed by the employees and the supervisor.
