Excluded Rights. Except as expressly stated in this Section 6, Customer may not (and shall not permit any third party to) copy, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, reassemble or disassemble the Software in whole or in part except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law. Furthermore Customer shall not make available the Software to third parties, unless such third parties are using or operating the Software solely on behalf of the Customer.
