Common use of Excluding Clause in Contracts

Excluding. all other school district employees, including Way-to-Grow coordinator, and 25 secondary coordinator, and all supervisors and all other employees excluded by Section 4 of the 26 Iowa Public Employment Relations Act of 1974. For purposes of this agreement, supervisors are 27 defined as those who have the authority to hire, assign, transfer, promote, discharge, discipline, 28 evaluate, or process grievances of other employees or have the responsibility to make 29 recommendations thereon.
