Included. All certified non-administrative personnel including the following: teachers, teachers-countywide, teachers-exceptional, teachers-gifted, speech therapists, teachers-specific learning disabilities, teachers-adult full-time, guidance personnel, occupational specialists, teachers-adult basic education, librarians/media specialists, deans, department chairpersons and compensatory education teachers, registered nurses, social workers, adjuncts/technical adult, and school psychologists.
Included. All regular full and part-time non-professional non-exempt employees employed by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners at its Department of Port Everglades in the classifications set forth in Appendix A-1.
Included a. All adjunct faculty teaching credit courses at a College/University during the regular academic year. Summer session, pre-session and inter-session courses are not considered as employment to confer eligibility for inclusion in the unit. However, an adjunct faculty member who teaches in the summer session, pre-session or inter-session will be included in the unit during such summer session, pre-session or inter- session if he/she has been included in the unit in the preceding fall or spring semester.
b. An adjunct faculty member included in the unit at one College/University, who also teaches a course or courses at another College/University, will not be covered by the terms of this Agreement at the second College/University until the requirements of A.1(a) above are complied with at the second College/University.
c. During any period of time that an adjunct faculty member is not under contract, the adjunct faculty member is not covered by any provision of this Agreement.
Included. All full-time regular professional employees of the Broward County Board of County Commissioners in the classifications set forth in Appendix A. EXCLUDED: All other employees including temporary, part-time 19, "will call" employees, supervisory employees with the level or position of section head, assistant directors and division and department directors, all employees presently represented by a certified bargaining representative, managerial and confidential employees as defined by Chapter 447, Part II, Florida Statutes, and supervisory professional and non-professional employees (as listed in attachment A and B to EL-2000-013. Whenever the County establishes a new job classification which it believes is appropriately included within this Bargaining Unit, the County will advise the Union of the official class title and pay range. If the Union disagrees with the inclusion of the classification in the Bargaining Unit, that classification will not be included in the unit and either party may refer this issue to the Public Employees Relations Commission.
Included. All certificated employees, as defined in Indiana Code 20-29-2-4 including social workers and intense behavioral therapists, of Carmel Clay Schools of Hamilton County, Indiana (hereinafter called “teachers” and “long term substitute teachers”) other than those excluded below: EXCLUDED: ● Superintendent, assistant superintendents, directors and supervisors with corporation-wide responsibilities ● Confidential employees and employees performing security work within meaning of Indiana Code 20-29-2-8 ● Principals, assistant principals, administrative assistants, athletic directors, director of student activities, and department chairs, all of who have the responsibility for evaluating teachers ● Casual and short-term substitute teachers

EXCLUDED: Superintendent, Director of Finance, Director of Administration, Director of Instruction, Supervisor of Instruction, Coordinator of Food Service, Coordinator of Special Education.
