Exclusion from the Executive Committee. During the Default Period for a Defaulting Partner, any Representative appointed by such Defaulting Partner, or by any other Partner that is an Affiliate of such Defaulting Partner, shall no longer be entitled to participate in any way in the affairs of the Executive Committee and shall not be counted toward a quorum.
