Exclusion of common law termination rights. The suspension and termination rights set out in Clauses 11 and 12 shall be the parties' sole rights to suspend and terminate this Agreement (whether pursuant to its terms or at law). Clause 8, Clause 12.5, Clause 22, Part D and Schedule 9 of this Agreement shall survive termination of this Agreement irrespective of the reason for termination.
