Exclusion of legislation. (a) The provisions implied in mortgages by any statute are for the purposes of this Deed negative or varied only so far as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this Deed and are otherwise varied so as to become consistent with this Deed. (b) Any statutory restrictions (other than mandatory restrictions) on any right of the Secured Party, a Receiver or an Attorney to lease or otherwise deal with the Secured Property do not apply to the rights of those persons under this Deed.
