Exclusion Order. This Agreement is entered into under the PFI. This Agreement is excluded from section 110(A) of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Xxx 0000 by the operation of the Construction Contracts (England) Exclusion Order (SI2011/2332).

This Lease has been executed and delivered as a deed on the date first written above.
