Common use of Exclusion of Peace Disturbers Clause in Contracts

Exclusion of Peace Disturbers. Landlord reserves the right to exclude from the Premises or Building/s all drunken persons, idlers, diseased persons, peddlers, solicitors, persons of a general character or conduct so as to create a disturbance, and persons entering in crowds or in such unusual numbers as to cause inconvenience to tenants of the Building/s.
