EXCLUSION OF RIGHTS OVER OTHER NATURAL RESOURCES. The rights granted under this Contract refer exclusively to the Hydrocarbons owned by the Nation discovered in the Contract Area, and therefore do not extend to any other natural resource that may be present there.

EXCLUSION OF RIGHTS OVER OTHER NATURAL RESOURCES. The rights granted under this Contract Agreement refer exclusively to the State-owned Hydrocarbons owned by the Nation that are discovered in within the Contract AreaArea and consequently, and therefore do said rights will not extend be made extensive to any other natural resource that may be present thereexist in the aforementioned area.
