Common use of Exclusion or Expulsion Clause in Contracts

Exclusion or Expulsion. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the Property or any portion thereof any person who, in Landlord’s judgment, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or commits any act in violation of any of these Rules.
