EXCLUSIONS FROM THE BARGAINING UNIT. 1. The Board and the Union agree that positions currently included in this Agreement and covered by the Certificate of Bargaining Authority will remain in the bargaining unit. 2. The Board shall notify the Union of new positions covered by this Agreement including the job description. 3. Newly created positions shall be included in the bargaining unit unless the position is excluded by mutual agreement of both parties.
