Exclusive Ownership of Equipment. Unless otherwise agreed with the Customer, Securitas and/or its licensors are the exclusive owners of all hardware and other equipment, tools, and related software and documentation, to be installed at the Customer’s Sites for the purposes of receiving Services during the term of the Agreement. The Customer has no right to use or benefit from any such installation or rights after the termination/expiry of the Agreement.
