Customer’s negligence. If the Customer’s negligent acts or omissions cause Securitas to incur any damage, Securitas is entitled to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect and the Customer shall hold Securitas harmless from any property, personal, and/or economic damage and loss caused by such negligence.
