Exclusive Rights to all Products. Seller shall not assign, transfer, convey, encumber, sell, or otherwise dispose of, whether on a spot or forward basis, the Products associated with or otherwise available from the Project, including all Ancillary Service Attributes generated by or otherwise available from the Project or any future Environmental Attributes or Capacity Attributes associated with or otherwise available from the Project, in each case during the Delivery Term to any Person other than Buyer.
