Exclusive Service Chief Engineers. Effective December 1, 2021 the hourly wage of all Exclusive Service Chief Engineers shall be increased by eighty ($.80) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 2021. The minimum wage scale for such janitors servicing premises shall then range from a minimum of not less than $28.55 per hour to a minimum of not less than $31.96 per hour.

Exclusive Service Chief Engineers. Effective December 1, 2021 the monthly wage of all Exclusive Service Engineers shall receive an additional increase of 2.6% over and above their monthly wage as of November 30, 2021 for Engineers receiving the maximum monthly wage rate. Effective December 1, 2021 the monthly wage of all Exclusive Service Engineers shall receive an additional increase of 2.9% over and above their monthly wage as of November 30, 2021 for Engineers receiving the minimum monthly wage rate. Effective December 1, 2022 the monthly wage of all Exclusive Service Engineers shall receive an additional increase of 2.4% over and above their monthly wage as of November 30, 2022 for Engineers receiving the maximum monthly wage rate. Effective December 1, 2022 the monthly wage of all Exclusive Service Engineers shall receive an additional increase of 2.6% over and above their monthly wage as of November 30, 2022 for Engineers receiving the minimum monthly wage rate. Effective December 1, 2023 the monthly wage of all Exclusive Service Engineers shall receive an additional increase of 2.1% over and above their monthly wage as of November 30, 2023 for Engineers receiving the maximum monthly wage rate. Effective December 1, 2023 the monthly wage of all Exclusive Service Engineers shall receive an additional increase of 2.4% over and above their monthly wage as of November 30, 2023 for Engineers receiving the minimum monthly wage rate.

Effective December 1, 2023 the hourly wage of all Exclusive Service Chief Engineers shall be increased by seventy ($.70) cents per hour over their hourly wage which was in effect as of November 30, 2023. The minimum wage scale for such janitors servicing premises shall not be less than $33.41 per hour.
