Common use of Exclusivity and Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Exclusivity and Non-Solicitation. (a) Wilex (and its Affiliates) shall not grant any additional licenses under Wilex Intellectual Property in the Territory for development or Commercialization of Licensed Products for use within the Field other than in support of the activities contemplated by the Agreement and with the consent of Telix. (b) During the term of the Agreement, neither Party shall solicit for employment any employees of the other party directly involved in the research and development activities with respect to the Licensed Product. This shall not apply to any general advertisements of any position(s) of employment made by a Party in the ordinary course of its business.
