Definition of Business. For all purposes under this Agreement, "Business" shall mean the networking market, including IP routing, subscriber management systems, Sonet networking, ATM switching, IP Sec and VPN.

(d) to purchase and sell media formats other than the Products only if agreed and to the extent agreed to by Imation, MBI and the Company at a later date; and
(e) to purchase Other Goods from third parties for sale to customers, only if agreed and to the extent agreed upon by Imation, MBI and the Company from time to time.

Treatment of the following human diseases: thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, tuberous sclerosis complex, polycystic kidney disease, familial dysautonomia, retinitis pigmentosa, cystic fibrosis, retinoblastoma, familial adenomatous polyposis, protein S deficiency, beta thalassemia, sickle cell disease, acute intermittent porphyria, variegate porphyria, hereditary coproporphyria, Alagille Syndrome, Dravet Syndrome, early onset epileptic encephalopathy, autosomal dominant mental retardation 5, Xxxxx congenital amaurosis, cholesterol ester storage disease, erythropoietic protoporphyria, Fabry Disease, high-risk corneal graft rejection, and Shwachman-Diamond Syndrome. This Amendment No. 1 to Employment Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of October 12, 2017, by and between Stoke Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Xxxxx Xxxxx, M.D., Ph.D. (the “Executive”) and amends that certain Employment Agreement dated as of September 8, 2017 by and between the Company and the Executive, the fully executed PDF version of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Employment Agreement”). Any unit may perform one or more of the following primary operations on any audio signal. Reverberation Equalization Leveling Compression Limiting Clipping Loudness Control Synthesis of pseudo-stereo from mono Enhancement of the apparent width of a stereo signal Harmonic Generation Distortion Generation Generation of a modulated subchannel for imposition on a carrier (such as the multiplex stereo subchannel used in FM and TV, or the TV auxiliary “SAP” channel).
Definition of Business. The Companies are engaged in the business of the distribution of maintenance and repair parts, fasteners, electrical components, chemicals, fluid flow, tools and other related items in the United States, and Canada and Mexico to original equipment manufacturers, maintenance, repair and operation customers, and transportation-related customers (the "Business").
