AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT This Amendment No. 1 to Employment Agreement (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of October 19, 2017, by and between Stoke Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Xxxxxx Xxxx, M.D. (the “Executive”) and amends that certain Employment Agreement dated as of October 5, 2017 by and between the Company and the Executive, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Employment Agreement”).
