Excursion. An excursion shall consist of a trip from one or more designated starting places to a given destination and return under sponsorship of the Authority and individual fares are collected. The same work rules shall prevail as for charters.

Excursion. The parties agree that where an employee is required to accompany a client on an excursion, which is longer than 24 hours, the following arrangements shall apply: a. Any arrangement is on a voluntary basis; b. No employees shall be required to participate in an excursion unless by agreement with the employee; c. By mutual agreement between the voluntary employee and Employer and/or client, a flat rate shall be calculated at ten hours at the employee’s standard rate plus the sleepover allowance; or time off in lieu shall be allowed based on accruing a maximum of 12 hours TOIL per 24 hours, which shall be in lieu of all other Agreement entitlements; d. All reasonable expenses shall be reimbursed, subject to satisfactory proof, either by the client or by the Employer; e. The employee shall be given an alternative day off for any public holiday which falls on a day an employee is on an excursion; and f. Any ordinary hours worked during an excursion shall count towards the employee's ordinary hours of work for that period.
Excursion. On Saturday 13th July a whole day exertion was organised. The bus left the residence at 09:30 and took the participants to the HF Radar site which was recently set up and is maintained by the PO-Unit. Excursion. By mutual agreement between FSG Australia and the employee, an employee may accompany a client on an excursion, which is longer than 24 hours, subject to the following arrangement: a). Any arrangement shall be on a voluntary basis; b). A flat rate of $370 for a 24 hour period which shall be in lieu of all other agreement entitlements contained in Part 4 of this Agreement; c). Nominated Team Leaders shall be entitled to an additional $50 per 24 hour period in addition to the Excursion rates; d). All reasonable expenses (for example a movie ticket) shall be reimbursed by FSG Australia; e). Any gazetted public holiday falling on a day in which the employee (other than a casual employee) is on an excursion shall be given an alternative day off; f). Any ordinary days work during an excursion shall count towards their ordinary 38 hour week; g). An excursion is any service provided outside the client’s home.

Excursion. 5.1 We will arrange excursions and camps to enhance the College curriculum, and will inform you of intended excursions involving your child and obtain your consent before your child participates.
Excursion. Where an employee has received approval from the employer to accompany a customer on an excursion away from the customer’s usual place of residence for a period of time in excess of twenty-four (24) hours, the employee shall be entitled to the following: (a) An employee cannot be directed to accompany a customer on an excursion. (b) As per Schedule D flat rate shall be will be paid to the employee for each complete twenty- four (24) hour period. This amount is in lieu of all other Agreement payments which might otherwise apply. (c) Where an excursion is in excess of twenty-four (24) hours, but concludes before the completion of a full twenty-four (24) hours on the last day of the excursion, the employee shall be paid a pro-rata amount for the hours worked on that last day.
