Execution and Delivery of Subsidiary Guarantees. (a) To evidence its Subsidiary Guarantees set forth in this Indenture, each Guarantor hereby agrees that a notation of such Guarantee substantially in the form attached as Exhibit F to this Indenture shall be endorsed by an Officer of such Guarantor on each Note authenticated and delivered by the Trustee on or after the date hereof.
