Common use of Execution by Landlord and Tenant; Approval of Lender Clause in Contracts

Execution by Landlord and Tenant; Approval of Lender. Landlord shall not be deemed to have made an offer to Tenant by furnishing Tenant with a copy of this Lease with particulars inserted. No contractual or other rights shall exist or be created between Landlord and Tenant until all parties hereto have executed this Lease and, if so indicated by Landlord, until it has been approved in writing by Landlord’s lender and fully executed copies have been delivered to Landlord and Tenant. Tenant agrees to make such changes herein as may be requested by Landlord’s lender so long as such do not increase amounts due from Tenant hereunder or otherwise materially alter its rights or obligations hereunder.
