Execution; Duplicate Originals. This Agreement may be executed manually, electronically, or by facsimile transmission, and in multiple counterparts. Each counterpart shall be considered a duplicate original agreement and all such counterparts shall, taken together, be considered one Agreement.

  • Duplicate Originals The parties may sign any number of copies of this Indenture. Each signed copy shall be an original, but all of them together represent the same agreement.
