Common use of Execution/Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Execution/Entire Agreement. A telecopy or other electronic transmission of any executed counterpart of this Agreement shall be deemed valid as an original. THIS WRITTEN AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE FINAL AGREEMENT AMONG THE PARTIES REGARDING THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF AND MAY NOT BE CONTRADICTED BY EVIDENCE OF PRIOR, CONTEMPORANEOUS OR SUBSEQUENT ORAL AGREEMENTS OF THE PARTIES. THERE ARE NO ORAL AGREEMENTS AMONG THE PARTIES.
