EXECUTION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The Contract Documents shall be signed by the Owner and Contractor. If either the Owner or Contractor or both do not sign all the Contract Documents, the Contractor is responsible for identifying such unsigned Document prior to initiating the Work.
