Execution of Employment Agreement. The Employment Agreement shall have been executed and delivered by the Company and Xx. Xxxxx.
Execution of Employment Agreement. Buyer shall have entered into an employment agreement with Xxxxx Xxxx, which agreement shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit “5”.
