Execution of Receipts and Releases. Any payment of cash or any issuance or transfer of shares of Common Stock or other property to the Participant or to the Participant’s legal representative, heir, legatee or distributee, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, shall, to the extent thereof, be in full satisfaction of all claims of such persons under this Agreement. The Company may require the Participant or the Participant’s legal representative, heir, legatee or distribute, as a condition precedent to such payment or issuance, to execute a release and receipt therefor in such form as it shall determine.
