Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concerns, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through DEAT with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial and engineering pest management practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors and to the health and safety of workers, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Education with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, educational and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through the Health Ministry, various Line Ministries and Agencies and Provincial Health Authorities, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate education, environmental and social, health, sanitary, administrative, financial and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernstechnical practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through MINITERE, and with respect to some components of the Project, with the participation of MINAGRI, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativetechnical, administrative and financial and engineering practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, without any limitation or restriction upon any of its other obligations under this Agreement, shall carry out the Project through its Ministry of Education; with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial management, financial, engineering and engineering practices education practices, and with due regard sound social and environment standards acceptable to environmental concernsthe Association; and shall provide, and shall providecause to be provided, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Project, and, to this end, without any limitation or restriction upon any of its other obligations under this Agreement, shall carry out implement the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, engineering, dam safety and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project, in accordance with this Agreement.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Recipient’s Department of Internal Administration with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, agricultural, engineering, environmental, financial and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernssocial practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement the Development Credit Agreement, and, to this end, end shall carry out Part A of the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate financial, technical, administrative, financial engineering and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, provide promptly as needed, needed the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.;

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out Part A of the Project through the Department of National Planning and Monitoring and Part D of Project through the Office of Environment and Conservation, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeforestry, financial and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernsenvironment, managerial, financing, administrative practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for such parts of the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project, through the Project Management Unit, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, educational, engineering, environmental, and financial and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through CIRESP and UTRESP, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate financial, technical, administrative, financial engineering and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through SETC, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativemanagerial, administrative and financial and engineering practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsstandards, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Directorate General of Urban and Rural Development of its Ministry of Settlements and Regional Infrastructure with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, engineering, environmental and financial and engineering practices practices, and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate technical, administrative, financial financial, and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, engineering, environmental, and engineering technical practices and with due regard to environmental concerns, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through its Division of Health Services, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial engineering, environmental, financial, public health and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernssocial practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through MITT and NISM, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativefinancial, financial administrative and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 1 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Government Agencies with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeenvironmental, financial and engineering administrative practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, technical and engineering environmental practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, environmental and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 1 to this the Joint Project Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project in accordance with the Implementation Program set forth in Schedule 2 to the Joint Project Agreement with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, administrative and financial and engineering practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provideprovide promptly, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project Project, through XXX, with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, engineering and engineering economic practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial engineering, technical and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, end (i) shall carry out Parts A, B.2 and C of the Project through ANME and (ii) shall carry out Part B.1 of the Project through SOTUGAR, all with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeenergy efficiency, financial environmental, financial, technical and engineering administrative practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, engineering, environmental, and engineering technical practices and with due regard to environmental concerns, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out out, and cause the Provinces in the Project Selected Areas, to carry out, its Respective Parts of the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativemanagement, financial financial, engineering, and engineering practices administrative practices, and with due regard sound social, public health and environmental standards acceptable to environmental concernsthe Bank, and shall provideprovided, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services services, staff and other resources required for the Recipient’s Respective Parts of the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, without any limitation or restriction upon any of its other obligations under this Agreement, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrativeengineering, financial environmental, financial, technical and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernsadministrative practices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

(a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Ministry for Environmental Protection with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, administrative and financial and engineering practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Ministry with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, engineering, geological, biological, social and financial and engineering practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement Agreement, and, to this end, shall carry out Part C.3 of the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate environmental, administrative, and financial and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out the Project through the Project Implementing Agencies with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with the Project Implementation Manual and appropriate administrativeenvironmental, financial and engineering administrative practices and with due regard to ecological and environmental concernsfactors, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives objective of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall shall, through EDTL, carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, engineering, public utilities and engineering practices economic practices, and with due regard social and environmental standards acceptable to environmental concernsthe Bank, and shall provide, or cause to be provided, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, without any limitation or restriction upon any of its other obligations under this Agreement, shall carry out the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, administrative and financial and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement and, to this end, shall carry out Parts A, B, C, D and F of the Project with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate administrative, financial financial, energy, and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, promptly as needed, the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.

Execution of the Project. Section 3.01. (a) The Recipient declares its commitment to the objectives of the Project as set forth in Schedule 2 to this Agreement the Development Credit Agreement, and, to this end, end shall carry out Part A of the Project [pursuant to the provisions of the Implementation Agreement] with due diligence and efficiency and in conformity with appropriate financial, technical, administrative, financial engineering and engineering practices and with due regard to environmental concernspractices, and shall provide, provide promptly as needed, needed the funds, facilities, services and other resources required for the Project.;
