Acceptance of Non-Conforming Work. The Owner may at his option accept Work which is not in accordance with the requirements of the Contact Documents instead of requiring its removal and correction. In such cases the Contract Amount will be reduced as appropriate and equitable. Such adjustment shall be effected whether or not final payment has been made.
