Alongside teaching how to use these technologies, we teach the underlying principles of how to stay safe online. We also teach children what they need to do if something online isn’t right and proper. School Policy ICT has become an important part of the lives of our children at school and at home. ICT opens up new opportunities for everyone. Our children should have an entitlement to safe internet access at all times. This policy is to ensure: ● that children at our school are responsible and stay safe while using ICT ● that our ICT equipment is protected from accidental or deliberate misuse that could put the equipment and children at risk The school will try to ensure that our children have good access to ICT to help their learning.
