Delegated Powers. The Environmental Health Manager (Commercial) or their nominee and those authorised by him have delegated powers to deal with certain types of case. These are as follows:
Delegated Powers. 3.1 The AONB Annual Forum will not have any delegated powers. Any recommendation made by the AONB Annual Forum to the Officers’ Working Group, the AONB Partnership or the Joint Committee (as the case may be) will be of an advisory nature and will not be binding on them.
Delegated Powers. 4.1 The Participant Councils hereby agree that the Joint Committee shall have delegated powers and responsibilities as more particularly described and delimited in the Statement of Principles.
4.2 In relation to the acquisition of assets or the incurring of liabilities, a threshold of £250,000 shall apply and over which the unanimous agreement of the Joint Committee and approval of all of the Participant Councils shall be required (as referred to in the ‘Principle of Limit of Delegation’)
Delegated Powers. Subject always to the Schedule of Reserved Matters and to the statutory obligations conferred upon the Members Boards:
2.2.1 The Member Boards may delegate to the CC and to the Lead Board such administrative and management functions as shall be required from time to time to carry out the work set out in clause 2.1.
2.2.2 Each of the Member Boards shall in addition agree unanimously a schedule of matters as are delegated by each Member Board to the Shared Employees (Schedule of Delegated Matters). The Member Boards shall (unless expressly stated otherwise) delegate to the CEO and/or the Engineer, responsibility for the management and overseeing of other Shared Employees in order to implement matters set out in the Schedule of Delegated Matters.
2.2.4 Each Member Board may revoke any power delegated under this clause 2.2 with immediate effect by serving written notice on the CC.
Delegated Powers. The charges and subsidies – these should be agreed on a yearly basis between the local authority and the Harbour Board.
Delegated Powers. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 23 concerning amendments to the Annexes to this Regulation within the scope of the relevant provisions of this Regulation.
Delegated Powers. 3.1. All decisions made by the Board of Governors are collective and in most respects the chair has no powers additional to those of all other governors, with the following exceptions:
3.2. The memorandum and articles allow for the chair to: • call a special meeting of the Board of Governors; • have a casting vote at meetings of the Board of Governors, but NOT at meetings of the members of the company.
3.3. The scheme of delegation allows for the chair to: • undertake the appraisal of the Principal and the Clerk and make recommendations to the Remuneration Committee as appropriate. • act on behalf of the Board of Governors between meetings (subject to ratification at the next meeting) over a matter which in his/her opinion either (i) is urgent and delay until the next practicable date for a meeting would be detrimental or (ii) is a minor matter falling within the spirit of existing policies. • sign the balance sheet and statement of corporate governance within the annual financial statements and the relevant form of the three year financial forecasts submitted to the funding body.
3.4. The standing orders allow for the chair to: • call a special committee. • be an ex-officio member of all standing committees, except the Audit Committee. • review each document in the confidential minute book annually to determine whether it is appropriate to bring them into the public domain.
3.5. All of these powers have been included in the co-chairing arrangements set out below.
Delegated Powers. 1. For the design, production and maintenance of aircraft referred to in Article 2(1)(a) and (b), where it concerns unmanned aircraft, and their engines, propellers, parts, non-installed equipment and equipment to control the aircraft remotely, as well as for the personnel, including remote pilots, and organisations involved in these activities, the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 117 in order to lay down detailed rules with regard to:
Delegated Powers. 1. For the ATM/ANS systems and constituents the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 117 to lay down detailed rules with regard to:

(b) the conditions for establishing and notifying to an applicant the detailed specifications applicable to ATM/ANS systems and constituents for the purposes of certification in accordance with Article 38(2);
(c) [...]
(d) the conditions for issuing, maintaining, amending, limiting, suspending or revoking the certificates referred to in Article 38(2), including the conditions for situations in which, with a view to achieving the objectives set out in Article 1 and while taking account of the nature and risk of the particular activity concerned, such certificates shall be required or declarations shall be permitted, as applicable;
(e) the privileges and responsibilities of the holders of certificates referred to in Article 38 (2);

(g) the conditions and procedures for the declaration by ATM/ANS providers, in accordance with Article 38(1), including the conditions for situations in which, with a view to achieving the objectives set out in Article 1 and while taking account of the nature and risk of the particular activity concerned such declarations shall be required;

(j) [...] (ga) the conditions for establishing the detailed specifications applicable to ATM/ANS systems and constituents which are subject to a declaration in accordance with Article 38(2);

As regards the provision of ATM/ANS, the Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 117, to amend Annex VIII and if applicable VII, where necessary for reasons of technical, operational or scientific developments or safety evidence related to the ATM/ANS, in order and to the extent required to achieve the objectives laid down in Article 1.
